Service Description

What Wigetly offers to users.

Wigetly provides tools to enhance your Notion workspace, including:

  • Interactive widgets (clocks, quotes, weather, calendars, buttons, timers)
  • Dynamic charts for visualizing Notion database data
  • Custom forms for data collection
  • Google Drive backup functionality
  • Templates marketplace

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

User Accounts

Your responsibilities as a user.

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Wigetly
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security

Account Responsibilities

  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Do not share your account credentials with others

Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

  • Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions
  • Starter Plan: Enhanced features with higher limits
  • Premium Plan: Full access to all features

Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period

Payment Failures

If payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account. You remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.

  • We may remove content that violates these Terms

Third-Party Integrations

Wigetly integrates with third-party services including Notion and Google Drive. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service:

We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wigetly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Errors or interruptions in the Service
  • Third-party conduct or content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wigetly from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • At your request

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, though some information may be retained as required by law.
